- 5+ years of experience as a software analyst with a proven track record in software development / software testing.
- Awareness of different standards and techniques of system analysis.
- Professional in writing BRD & use cases.
- Oracle based solutions background is a plus.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & its methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- General business knowledge. [Insurance, Education, Banking, etc.]
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
- Ability to present complex subjects in understandable terms.
