- Create new business opportunities.
- Develop plan to meet annual sales targets.
- Achieve the sales target.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with existing customers.
- Receiving customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business (provided with presentations).
- Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer buy our products/ services.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Follow up with customer to guarantee payment of invoices on time.
- Engage in weekly visits to customers’ sites and collect information about existing operation problems,.. . etc
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports about sales figures.
- Experience in IT field specially in software sales
- Familiar with Oracle solutions/products
- Banking or Telecom focus is mandatory with proven sales record

- Proven record of sales developing and closing services-led deals > 6M EGP signing per year.
- Ability to engage and provide strategic context and direction on both, technology and business initiatives of Client Organizations
- Professional in English, French is a plus
- Strong understanding of services business and end-2-end solution plays
- Development of progressively strong relationships over time and grow the account for P Systems.
